Coordinates all aspects of the Workers Compensation (WC) Program for affiliates within their assigned region. Responsibilities include: managing workers' compensation cases, coordinating return to work in the Connecting to Work Program (CTW) and ADA for work related injury cases. Provides technical support and follow-up to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow of all W.C. procedures and projects. Functions as a liaison between Manager/Supervisor, Claimants, Human Resources Partner, Safety, Workers' Compensation adjusters and providers. Provides resources and training to managers and employees regarding programs, procedures, workers' compensation regulations, statistical data related to workers' compensation injuries, and the Connecting to Work Program.Job Description:
The person selected for this role must come on site for work, meetings, etc. and live in the area. This is not a remote role.
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma

Pay Range is $86,216.00 to $129,334.40 / annual salaryThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
