Compensation & Structure
- Salary up to $180,000, depending on experience
- 1,900 billable hours
What They’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, with openness to considering stronger candidates with 6–8 years
- Experience handling state workers’ compensation claims
- Familiarity with BRCs, CCHs, or related proceedings
- Strong skills in motion practice, pleadings, and court readiness
- Texas bar admission or eligibility
- Prior deposition or trial experience is a plus
- Someone who can contribute quickly in a busy defense practice
Location:
Houston - Generally 4 days per week in office, with some flexibility depending on the candidate and team
