Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in either to Ontario, CA office or the Los Angeles, CA office with work-from-home flexibility. The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in Workers' Compensation cases. Daily responsibilities also include preparing and drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. The successful applicant will be able to handle all aspects of workers' compensation cases from beginning to end while maximizing the recovery for our injured clients.
Qualifications
Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 DOE
