What You’ll Do
- Represent injured workers in California workers’ compensation cases
- Take and defend depositions, appear at hearings, and assist in trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Develop case strategies aimed at maximizing settlements and awards
- Communicate directly with clients, doctors, and opposing counsel
- Be part of a fast-paced, results-driven legal team
