Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Workday Financials expertise to lead and oversee enterprise-level system implementation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Procurement, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality ERP solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Workday Financials and Procurement projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
  • Drive implementation and optimization across Workday modules:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Asset Management
  • Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Banking & Settlements
  • Financial Reporting
  • Collaborate with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to align system design with:
  • Accounting policies
  • Purchasing workflows
  • Approval hierarchies
  • Compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with:
  • Workday functional teams
  • Integration developers (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
  • Third-party vendors and SMEs
  • Track and manage:
  • Configuration and integrations
  • Data conversion activities
  • Security roles and access controls
  • End-to-end testing cycles
  • Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilization
  • Conduct status meetings, manage risks/issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively mitigate schedule or quality risks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • PMP Certification (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of project management experience (recent)
  • 3+ years of experience managing application development/enhancement projects
