- 4 month contract role
- 14–20 instructor-led courses covering the full financial back office
- Courses span 7 agencies
- Class size: ~25 users per class
- Significant need for Day 1 readiness by role and workstream
Training Model & Content
- Train-the-Trainer program launched
- Super User program enabled
- Content is already developed
- Instructor-led courses
- E-learning modules (e.g., Financial Accounting 1 & 2, AP two-part course)
- Workbooks and documentation
- Testing scripts built by BAs
- Content is structured by workstream
- OCM team has documented change impacts
- Key focus areas:
- Early knowledge / early learning
- Understanding how the system works and why it was designed that way
- Developing internal staff to articulate and train processes
