We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Assembler or wiring technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for assembling or wiring various components into finished products according to specifications, blueprints, or work orders. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
We have moved into a brand-new facility with approximately 200-250 people on-site once full headcount is reached. The work environment includes a manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and appropriate attire, such as long pants and long sleeves or cut-resistant sleeves. The position requires the ability to stand or walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25-50 lbs. They operate on two shifts Monday through Thursday. During the first week, candidates will undergo comprehensive training before being assigned to their team.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
