Travel to customer sites to perform wireless site surveys, RF data collection, and other field-based project work
Gather and document site conditions, infrastructure constraints, and environmental details that affect wireless performance
Support active, passive, and predictive survey efforts across a variety of industries and facility types
Prepare organized survey notes, reports, and supporting documentation for internal teams and clients
Work closely with senior engineers to understand how field findings translate into design and consulting recommendations
Represent Velaspan professionally on-site through strong communication, sound judgment, and customer-focused service

What We're Looking For
Foundational understanding of IP networking, switching, routing, and wireless access points
Ability and willingness to travel regularly and work effectively in customer environments
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel by car and air
Comfort working at heights and using basic hand tools
Professional presence, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
Helpful Qualifications
Internship, co-op, lab, or work experience in networking, wireless, or IT support
Exposure to WLAN, RF concepts, or wireless survey tools such as Ekahau, Hamina, or similar platforms
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA orCompTIA Network+
Experience preparing technical documentation or supporting customer-facing project work
