Job Description
The Electrical Assembler will assemble mechanical and electrical wires, housings, control panels, and automation controls using a variety of hand tools and equipment, following detailed specifications and documentation. This role involves reading basic blueprints and engineering drawings, performing custom wiring, and troubleshooting, and ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards in a clean, organized production environment.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, well-lit, and well-organized production environment with a smaller, focused team and an atmosphere that feels similar to a research and development setting. The workspace is not very loud and supports concentration on detailed assembly work. The organization operates in a high-tech automation context, involving technologies such as sensors, motion control, robotics, linear actuators, variable speed drives, power transmission and torque devices, programmable logic controllers, SCADA solutions, operator interface panels, safety products, network and communications solutions, wireless solutions, connectivity, tension control, temperature control, panel components, machine vision, energy-saving devices, and value-add services. The standard schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
