Welders (Apprentice to Advanced)

What You’ll Do

  • MIG weld stainless steel (approximately 70%) and aluminum (approximately 30%)
  • Weld material ranging from 10‑gauge to 1/4ʺ thickness
  • Perform single‑pass welds to specifications
  • Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting components
  • Read and interpret blueprints (training provided)
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • MIG welding experience at any level (apprentice through advanced)
  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32ʺ
  • Blueprint reading experience preferred but not required
  • TIG or flux‑core welding experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork

Schedule

1st Shift:

Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
