Join our team as a Welder to support fabrication operations at a client facility in Saint Helena, CA. This role focuses on welding carbon steel components using the Dual Shield (FCAW‑G) welding process, including full panel welds. You will be responsible for welding to blueprint specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards throughout your shift. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including overtime as needed.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a fabrication/shop environment. The role requires prolonged periods of welding, standing, and the use of PPE. Candidates may be exposed to welding fumes, noise, heat, and industrial equipment. The job demands hands-on production work and adherence to all safety protocols while meeting quality and productivity expectations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
