Stick & Flux Core Welder's Needed Up To $25/hr!

Job Description

As a welder, you will play a vital role in transforming raw steel materials into finished products. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow, with training provided for the first few weeks.

Responsibilities

• Weld steel materials to construct from start to finish.
• Collaborate with material handlers to ensure smooth production flow.
• Perform welding tasks in confined spaces, which may require working in tight areas.
• Maintain excellent attendance, as it is a non-negotiable requirement.

Essential Skills

• Previous welding experience of any sort.
• Ability to perform 3/4 F weld tests.
• Knowledge of welding techniques such as Mig, Tig, Stick, and Flux Core welding.
• Blueprint reading and fabrication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome if they demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Tenured welding experience is highly valued.
• Attitude and eagerness to learn are crucial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $24.12/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Nashville,TN.
