Welders (Apprentice to Advanced)

What You’ll Do

• MIG weld stainless steel (70%) and aluminum (30%)
• Work with 10‑gauge to 1/4" material
• Perform single‑pass welds to spec
• Prep materials: cut, grind, and fit
• Read blueprints (training provided)
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts

What We’re Looking For

• MIG welding experience (basic to advanced)
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32"
• Blueprint reading a plus
• TIG or flux‑core experience is a bonus

• 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs 5:30 AM–4:00 PM | Fri 5:30 AM–10:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hugo, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
