NOW HIRING — 6 OPENINGS ON 1ST & 2ND SHIFT | PAY: $20–$25+/HR

Looking for a hands‑on welding role with steady hours, great benefits, and real opportunities to grow? We’re hiring experienced MIG Welders who can read blueprints, weld aluminum, and take pride in delivering high‑quality work.

What You’ll Do

• MIG weld aluminum components for large equipment and trailers
• Tack and weld using .035 wire
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and measurements
• Climb into bins and compartments to complete welds
• Perform standing welding, positional welding, and assembly
• Maintain consistent quality and follow shop safety practices

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months MIG welding experience
• 1+ year on‑the‑job welding experience
• Experience welding aluminum or steel
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
• Comfortable climbing into trailers and working in confined spaces

Nice to Have

• Aluminum welding experience
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn multiple fabrication tasks

Work Environment

• General shop setting (cool in winter, warm in summer)
• Aluminum fabrication for heavy‑duty equipment
• Three departments: welding, service, final assembly
• Training begins on 1st shift before moving to assigned shift
• PPE and tools provided as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
