Job Description
This 1st shift Welder / Fabricator role focuses on performing high-quality welding, fabrication, and assembly work in a manufacturing environment. You will read and interpret blueprints, prepare and assemble metal components, and operate various welding processes and material handling equipment to produce precise and durable products.

Work Environment
This role is based in a typical manufacturing environment with metal fabrication and welding operations. The position is on 1st shift, working Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. You will work around welding equipment, fabrication tools, overhead cranes, jib hoists, and forklifts. The environment requires appropriate work attire suitable for a manufacturing and welding setting, including the use of personal protective equipment as required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mars, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
