We are seeking an experienced and driven Healthcare Sales Representative to help expand our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business across the United States.
Our company provides end-to-end RCM services to physician practices, including medical billing, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, AR follow-up, credentialing support, and reporting.
• Prospect and identify physician practices, medical groups, and healthcare providers that can benefit from our RCM services.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with practice owners, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Understand client pain points related to medical billing and revenue cycle operations.
• Present our RCM solutions and communicate the value proposition effectively.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Experience in Healthcare Sales, Medical Billing Sales, RCM Sales, EHR/EMR Sales, Healthcare IT Sales, or Practice Management Solutions.
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
• Ability to engage with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Full-Time Employee or 1099 Contractor
