We are currently hiring experienced Water Coordinators to support oilfield operations in Midland, TX. This role is responsible for coordinating the sourcing, transfer, distribution, and disposal of water across field operations to ensure efficiency and continuity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule water deliveries and transfers between locations
• Coordinate trucking, pipeline, and disposal activities
• Track water volumes, inventory, and usage reports
• Optimize logistics to reduce downtime and operational costs
• Communicate with field operators, dispatch, vendors, and drivers
• Ensure regulatory compliance for water movement activities
• Maintain detailed tracking reports, logs, and operational records

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–7+ years of oilfield logistics or water management experience
• Midstream/upstream oil & gas experience preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and scheduling skills
• Experience with dispatch systems and field coordination
• Knowledge of produced water lifecycle preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced field environments
