Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are currently hiring production workers for two shifts: 9am-9pm and 9pm-9am, operating on a 2-2-3 schedule. There is an opportunity to pick up an extra 12-hour shift to achieve 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Stand on feet for 10 hours a day while waiting for parts to come off the lines.
• Lift 10-15 lb parts off the machine and stack them for packaging.
• Work off basic work orders to record part numbers

Essential Skills

• 1 year of production or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• 1 year of labor or packaging experience is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, labor, packaging, and production.

You will receive a $1.00 raise up to $17.00 and $18.00/hr once taken on directly after the 4-month contract. Unlimited overtime is available throughout the year, along with opportunities for advancement in pay and job duties. Work Environment

The facility is very large yet clean, specializing in the production of window frames. The environment is well-maintained with lots of machinery throughout. Contractors must wear steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses and gloves are provided depending on the area worked in.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OAKMONT, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in OAKMONT,PA.
