Why Work Here?

Join a company that leads its industry in evaporative heat transfer and thermal storage equipment, serving a wide range of commercial, industrial, refrigeration, process, and power applications. The organization emphasizes energy efficiency, sustainability, and ecological responsibility, values that have been central to its products and operations for decades. Employees benefit from strong long-term career opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package upon conversion, including retirement programs with matching contributions, stock-based retirement options, earned time off, vacation, and medical benefits that begin on day one. You will be part of a culture that values continuous improvement, innovation, and environmental stewardship.

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing facility with a dynamic, fast-paced production environment. You will spend the majority of your time on the shop floor, with standing expected up to approximately 80% of the shift and frequent walking, reaching, bending, stooping, and occasional sitting. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and requires fine hand manipulation and good hand–eye coordination to operate tools and controls safely. Work is primarily indoors (about 95%), but large bay doors are often open, which can expose you to seasonal temperature variations, including cold conditions in winter and heat in summer. The noise level is usually loud, and hearing protection is required. You will work with hand tools, power tools, and air tools, as well as powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, stock pickers, and walkies. Standard workweeks are generally 40 hours across any of three shifts, with some weekend overtime expected based on production needs. The environment supports 5S and housekeeping practices, but you should expect to get dirty during the shift due to the nature of the work. A specific dress code applies: you must provide your own steel-toe or composite-toe boots, while personal protective equipment such as ear plugs, safety glasses or goggles (or side shields for approved prescription glasses), gloves, and arm shields is supplied. Tools required for the role are issued on site to support your daily tasks.
