This entry-level warehouse role supports the production of trophies and plaques by accurately picking, packing, and organizing inventory based on detailed work orders. You will work on your feet throughout the shift, handle light to moderate lifting, and play a key part in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time during both regular and peak seasons.
Responsibilities
You join a growing organization that values reliability, attention to detail, and internal growth. Team members have real opportunities to advance, with several employees progressing from entry-level warehouse roles into leadership positions such as warehouse manager and assistant manager. When you transition from a temporary to a direct hire, you receive an increase in hourly pay, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding dedication and performance. You benefit from a supportive environment that recognizes hard work and offers a clear path for long-term career development within the warehouse operation.
Work Environment
The role is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse that is comparable in size to a large retail store, such as a Burlington Coat Factory. You will spend the majority of your time on your feet, walking throughout the facility to pick orders and handle inventory. The environment involves frequent lifting of 15–30 pounds, regular use of ladders, and operation of a walkie rider after proper training, including working at heights to reach upper shelves. Work is performed using printed pick order sheets and occasional use of a computer to look up locations or orders. The pace can be fast, especially during peak seasons, and the setting is a typical active warehouse environment with open aisles, shelving, and ongoing production and fulfillment activities.
