10:00AM - 6:30PM@ $19.50 (Morning) Monday-Friday

2:00PM - 10:30PM@ $19.50 (Afternoon) Monday-Friday

9:30PM - 6:00AM@ $19.50 (Overnight) Sunday-Thursday

Join our dynamic team as a cherry picker, where you will be responsible for delivering supplies, assisting with quality, & inspecting stock. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Use material handling equipment to locate and deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers.
• Use packing list information to collect items for customer orders, including building and wrapping pallets of products.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects and notify management of inventory issues.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintain a clean working environment in accordance with company safety policies.
• Perform inventory control functions as needed.
• Refer complex, unusual problems to a supervisor.
• Operate under general supervision, exercising some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.

Skills

• Experience with RF scanning, picking and packing.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and clamp trucks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment.
• Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• Ability to make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting.
• 0-2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification in operating forklift equipment, including stand-up/reach truck/cherry picker/electric pallet jack.

Work Environment

Work in a large distribution center spanning 500,000 sq ft, with 250 associates across different shifts. The warehouse supplies appliances to customers, including direct and commercial orders. While typically located in a comfortable environment, there is regular exposure to factors that may cause discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness, such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Overtime is available with supervisor approva

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
