My client is looking for Warehouse Technician. The Technician will work with end user's computer equipment and peripherals to include laptops, desktops, monitors and host components. Client provides a good supportive work environment with opportunities to learn on the job.
This role involves a moderate amount of physical activity (e.g. lifting, moving, and stacking equipment) in a warehouse environment and does require the ability to understand and follow simple to moderately complex processes and work instructions. This is not a "behind a desk role. Equipment and work environment can be dusty.
Skills/Qualities/Attributes:
Ability to follow simple to moderately complex work instructions
Use of a handheld barcode scanner
Attention to detail pay attention and do it right the first time
Able and willing to perform physical tasks
Use of forklift (once trained and certified)
Basic Computer experience
Understanding of Office 365
Candidates with some warehousing and base computer experience - we need them to work in our multiple databases but just an understanding of Office 365 would be a great start. More details below.
