Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory control processes, and ensuring safe material handling practices. Additional duties include monitoring warehouse efficiency, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and operating equipment such as forklifts as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Daily Warehouse Operations: Assist receiving, storing, staging, and shipping of products in alignment with project schedules.
  • Truck Coordination: Align warehouse workflows with truck scheduling, ensuring freight is prepped, loaded, and dispatched on time.
  • Inventory Control: Support accurate inventory through cycle counts, bin audits, and reconciliation of inbound/outbound product movements within ERP system.
  • Direct Supervision: Support scheduling of shifts, labor planning, and resource allocation to meet operational needs, which ranges from 2-20 employees depending on time of year—assign tasks, train on procedures, and uphold performance standards.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
  • Warehouse Organization: Continuously improve layout, cleanliness, and flow to maximize space and minimize delays.
  • Equipment Oversight: Ensure forklifts and other machinery are inspected, safe, and functioning.
  • Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming shipments match POs and meet quality standards; resolve discrepancies.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.
