We’re seeking a motivated, hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor who leads by example and supports daily operations in a busy warehouse and light‑manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional — especially a Lead Associate — ready to step into a supervisor position.

You’ll oversee shipping and receiving, inventory control, materials flow, light assembly support, and warehouse safety while guiding a team of 5–10 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
  • Ensure accurate SAP Business One documentation and data integrity
  • Coordinate shipments and work with carriers to meet delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Support production with timely material availability
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Oversee light assembly and verify finished goods quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA and safety procedures
  • Train, schedule, and develop warehouse staff
  • Drive process improvements and support cross‑functional initiatives

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Hands‑on experience with inventory control and material handling
  • ERP experience; SAP Business One preferred
  • Knowledge of Cal/OSHA and warehouse safety
  • Ability to coach, train, and develop a team
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
