Warehouse Team Members (Associates, Operations Specialists, & Leads)

Location: Greater New Berlin, WI Area


Pay: Up to $24.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Overview

A growing manufacturing and distribution operation is seeking multiple warehouse team members across several roles, including Warehouse Associates, Operations Specialists, and Shift Leads.


These positions offer a mix of hands-on warehouse work and opportunities for leadership, inventory management, and logistics support. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.


Schedule & Shift Information

  • Multiple schedule options depending on role:
  • 4 days on / 4 days off (12-hour shifts) for lead-level positions
  • Wednesday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM for operations-focused roles
  • Full-time hours with consistent scheduling
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Some roles may require flexibility between locations


Key Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished goods
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
  • Prepare shipments and ensure accuracy of outgoing orders
  • Support inventory control, cycle counts, and material flow
  • Generate or assist with shipping documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


Lead-Level Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and support to warehouse team members
  • Help coordinate daily workflow and shipping activities
  • Assist with training and team development
  • Support overall warehouse efficiency and performance


Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Support logistics, inventory tracking, and system accuracy
  • Replenish production materials and manage internal movement
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and cross-functional support


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred (training available)
  • Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems is a plus
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
