Title: Warehouse & Inventory Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 DOE
Location/Role: On-site in Denver

As Warehouse & Inventory Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse in Denver. You'll be responsible for operations and inventory control within a fast-paced supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environment. This role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods maintaining optimal inventory levels and accuracy. As a key member of our team, the Warehouse & Inventory Manager plays a critical role in supporting business objectives, minimizing costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Oversee efficient and accurate assembly and customisation of our products
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage or loss
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
- Manage and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards within the warehouse environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare and analyze inventory and warehouse performance reports; recommend and implement improvements
- Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment and technology
- Manage relationships with vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics providers as needed
- Respond to and resolve issues related to inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations
- Support audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (required); equivalent experience may also be considered
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics (required)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Netsuite and ShipStation advantageous
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, best practices, and regulatory compliance (e.g. OSHA)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred
- Experience managing fulfilment to different customer types - eCommerce, Marketplace, Retail and Corporate preferred
- Excellent leadership, team management, and staff development skills
- Forklift Certification or experience is a plus
