Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Warehouse Manager at FQE Power. The Warehouse Manager will lead the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock monitoring, receiving, storage, shipping, and overall logistics coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment, materials, and consumables are organized, maintained, and delivered safely, efficiently, and in working order to support projects worldwide.


Responsibilities include overseeing warehouse organization and compliance, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, supporting inspections and repairs, and ensuring safety and operational standards are consistently met. The Warehouse Manager will also work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain stock levels, support fulfillment timelines, and drive reliable warehouse performance.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory control, and inventory management practices
  • Experience in warehouse operations management, including logistics coordination and process optimization
  • Strong mechanical background and/or direct experience in the power, industrial services, or related field environment
  • Working knowledge of pumps, valves, vessels, piping materials, and other industrial equipment commonly used in project execution
  • Proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and enforce safety and operational standards
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise personnel and collaborate across departments
  • Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with international logistics and global supply chain operations
