Position SummaryThe Warehouse Driver is a field-facing logistics role responsible for material transport between our Tracy warehouse and Fresno-area job sites, supporting warehouse operations including disposal runs, and assisting field crews or delivering equipment directly to customers. This role is essential to keeping crews supplied and customers served on time.Weekly Schedule Breakdown2 days/week Tracy to Fresno Route: Transport materials, supplies, and equipment from the Tracy warehouse to Fresno-area job sites. Coordinate with field supervisors on delivery timing and load requirements.1 day/week Warehouse Support: Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with door and material disposal. Help maintain an organized, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.2 days/week Field & Customer Delivery: Support active field crews on job sites as needed, and deliver program equipment (air purifiers, coolers, etc.) directly to customer homes.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a company vehicle on daily routes between Tracy, Fresno, and customer/job site locationsLoad and unload materials, program equipment, and job debris in compliance with safety proceduresAssist with scheduled disposal of doors and other job materials under direction of the Warehouse SupervisorDeliver customer equipment (coolers, air purifiers, etc.) and obtain required signatures or confirmationsProvide on-site support to field crews including material staging, equipment offloading, and general laborMaintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and warehouse areaCommunicate proactively with dispatch, the Warehouse Supervisor, and Field Supervisor regarding schedule changes or delivery issuesRequirementsValid California driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularlyComfortable with daily driving routes of 2+ hoursPunctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionBasic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and communicationPrior warehouse, delivery, or construction support experience preferredCompensation & BenefitsPay: $19.50 $22.00/hour, depending on experienceHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance: Available after 90 days of employment401(k): Available after 1 year of employmentCompany vehicle provided for all work routes
