Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of inventory from the main storage to the manufacturing floor. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring quality standards are met, while also supporting the team in organizing and maintaining the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Pull stock inventory and material from main inventory to manufacturing floor and replenish stock inventory.
  • Use Quality Assurance protocols to ensure received inventory meets visual standards.
  • Interact with team members to ensure issues and needs are identified and either resolved or escalated to manager as needed.
  • Recommend revisions, deviations, or concerns of inventory levels as needed to manager.
  • Maintain correct inventory counts in the warehouse and in the inventory management system.
  • Assist with maintaining the warehouse including 5S area to ensure bins and shelves are organized and floors clear of trash.
  • Deliver inventory items in a timely and accurate manner to recipients.
  • Pack and label products based on established standards.
  • Ensure that proper equipment, manuals, and accessories are shipped with correct order.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to use technical equipment such as desktop, tablet, and scanner.
  • Basic math skills to perform addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and counting tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in stocking, packing, and picking/packing.
  • Proficiency in kitting and shipping/receiving.
  • Familiarity with forklift operation, RF scanner, and material handling.
  • Competency in order picking, pallet jack operation, and stocking shelves.
  • Computer skills and warehouse distribution knowledge.

Work Environment

The role operates on two shifts: 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. The work environment involves frequent standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, reaching, bending, stooping, and kneeling. The position requires frequently lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items more than 50 pounds, and may involve using specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simpsonville, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
