Why Work Here?

You join a culture that values people first, with a family-oriented atmosphere that celebrates birthdays and special occasions. The company offers clear opportunities to grow into lead or supervisor roles and provides a shift differential for night shift positions. Schedules are stable with no rotating shifts, and food trucks periodically visit both day and night shifts to provide convenient on-site meal options. Consistent attendance is rewarded with weekly attendance bonuses, and there is an opportunity for pay increases every 30 days during the first 90 days. Leadership is actively engaged, cares about each team member, and is committed to continuously improving the workplace for everyone.

Work Environment

The role is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing and warehouse facility that produces small metal parts using large stamping presses, welding stations, and production lines. Fans are placed throughout the building to support comfort during the shift. You stand on your feet for 8–10 hours per day and perform continuous manual labor, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials and totes. Work is fast paced and physically demanding, but you are part of a supportive team environment where you have your own station while still working closely with others and are never fully alone. Material movement commonly involves carts and pallet jacks, and safety and organization are central to daily operations. Typical attire is appropriate for a manufacturing and warehouse setting, focusing on safety, comfort, and readiness for hands-on work.
