Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations at the MBC Equipment & Training Center. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient material handling, and timely support of field and shop operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining organization, accountability, and readiness of equipment, tools, and parts. As MBC continues to develop its parts and supply chain capabilities, this role will collaborate with Supply Chain personnel. Be able to multitask in a fast paced changing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety FIRST in all tasks, planning, and daily activities.
  • Always appropriate PPE for the task at hand: Steel toe Boots, Safety Glasses, gloves, hearing protection, High-Vis Garments and other items as required.
  • Support warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate distribution of tools, parts, and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and tool crib.
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner.

Duties:

  • Assist with restocking supplies and parts.
  • Perform parts lookup and assist with ordering.
  • Fill orders for Lube Techs and Field Foremen.
  • Receive and inspect shipments.
  • Load/unload trucks. Maintain inventory in system (WASP).
  • Assist Entering Filter & Parts Data in E360
  • Add incoming items
  • Remove outgoing items
  • Track tool check-outs

· Maintain organization and storage.

Duties continued:

  • Support future Supply Chain operations.
  • Improve inventory processes.
  • Communicate with shop and field teams.
  • Follow safety policies.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
  • Experience with inventory systems (WASP or similar) preferred
  • Basic mechanical or parts knowledge preferred (construction or heavy equipment environment a plus)
  • Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred (or willingness to be trained

Working Conditions:

  • This position is based at the MBC Equipment & Training Center warehouse
  • Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
  • Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Occasional extended hours may be required based on workload and operational needs
  • Exposure to dust, noise, and typical warehouse conditions
