Shift /Hours:Monday-Friday (Potential for full-time), first/second/third shift, 8:00-5:00 PM
Pay Range:$18.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory across warehouse, cooler, and freezer areas using RF scanners and documentation systems.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Offload products daily from the cold storage and transport items to designated storage areas.
• Organize raw materials and finished goods to maintain proper stock rotation and accessibility.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling tools (training provided if needed).
• Ensure safe, efficient movement and storage of products in extreme temperature environments.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance in all warehouse zones.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
• Support general warehouse operations and cross-functional tasks as needed.

Required Key Skills and Qualifications
To thrive in this position, candidates must bring a commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and growth. Essential skills include:

• Minimum2 years of successful work experience.
• Minimum1 year of warehouse experiencerequired.
• Forklift and electric pallet jack experiencepreferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain product integrity in temperature-controlled environments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and reliable communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
