Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods in and out of the production site. This includes inspecting incoming shipments, packaging goods, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify quantities, and document discrepancies.
• Package goods, print labels, weigh packages, and prepare documents for shipment.
• Track and manage inventory levels on a daily to weekly basis, both physically and within NetSuite.
• Fulfill orders by assembling orders, verifying accuracy of shipments, and ensuring proper packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
• Communicate with internal team members, vendors, and customers regarding shipment status and issues.
• Perform local pickups and deliveries.
• Operate a forklift on a regular basis.
• Maintain vehicle records and coordinate vehicle maintenance with the Buyer/Office Coordinator & Plant Manager.
• Work within NetSuite to receive goods immediately upon delivery, fulfill orders, and perform weekly cycle counts.
• Collaborate with the Buyer/Office Coordinator, Team Leads, & Plant Manager to ensure proper job execution.

• Proficiency in forklift operation.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
• Strong skills in picking, packing, loading, and inventory control.
• Ability to operate RF scanners.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in general labor and material handling.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Experience in production environments.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced warehouse setting where you will use various technologies and equipment, including forklifts and ERP systems. The position involves regular driving for deliveries and pickups, requiring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Loveland,CO.
