A growing manufacturing facility is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily material handling, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Shift: 1st shift

Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr (depending on experience)

Job Description:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock materials in designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or inventory software
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Pick, pack, and prepare parts, consumables, and equipment for shipment
  • Build pallets, crate equipment, and prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments
  • Stage materials for production, assembly, and field service teams
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA‑compliant warehouse environment
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment accuracy
Skills/Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material‑handling experience
  • Experience with RF scanners or inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Knowledge of kitting, staging, or supporting equipment builds
  • Basic computer skills (ERP systems, shipping software, email)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $51160.00/yr.
