What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pick customer orders accurately using system instructions and transfer orders
  • Verify product and order accuracy at every step
  • Replenish inventory and supplies to keep workflow moving smoothly
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas aligned with LEAN 5S standards
  • Meet productivity and accuracy KPIs
  • Follow fulfillment SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards
  • Use PPE and maintain a strong focus on safety
  • Assist with packing and shipping as needed
  • Support overtime or extended hours based on business needs
  • Work closely with warehouse team members to prevent errors

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Haves
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills for system navigation
  • Willingness to follow SOPs, safety, and quality standards
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfort working in a warehouse or production environment
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Prior warehouse or order‑picking experience
  • Experience using SAP and/or RF scanners
  • Exposure to inventory management or regulated products
  • Experience handling electronics or technical components
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced operation

Work Environment

You’ll work in a clean, organized, and professional manufacturing setting within a dedicated testing and repair facility. The role combines light warehouse logistics, bench‑level work, and technical handling of electronic products.

  • Training is hands‑on and led directly by the Repair Manager. The environment maintains high safety and quality standards consistent with a global organization known for precision and reliability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
