Job Description
The Warehouse Associate / Packager supports production operations by filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing grease products according to established specifications. In this role, you set up and adjust equipment, follow detailed fill sheets and written instructions, and ensure all packaged materials meet customer and quality requirements. You maintain a clean, safe work environment, report safety or mechanical concerns promptly, and work collaboratively across all production areas. The position requires strong basic math skills, the ability to read and follow written instructions in English, and the physical capability to lift heavy containers and work in a high‑heat factory environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a factory and warehouse production setting that involves filling, packaging, and palletizing grease products. You work around industrial equipment such as filling machines, scales, valves, and control systems, and you handle containers ranging from 50‑lb units to 400‑lb drums. The environment can reach high temperatures, especially in the summer, and requires standing, walking, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Personal protective equipment is provided and required, and the facility emphasizes safe work practices, clean and organized work areas, and adherence to established procedures throughout the shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
