Job Overview
In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that each customer receives their order promptly and in perfect condition. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, utilize advanced warehouse management systems, and develop your skills in materials handling and logistics.

- 9:30am - 6:30pm
- 4% Quarterly Production Bonus
Duties
- Operate heavy machinery such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and organizing products within the warehouse distribution center
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing items securely, labeling packages accurately, and ensuring quality control standards are met
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks with heavy equipment
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements within the warehouse management system
- Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Skills
- Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory control
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely
- Strong knowledge of materials handling, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment processes
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Excellent attention to detail for quality control during picking & packing operations
- Physical strength for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Prior experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse supervisor roles is a plus
