• Analyze transaction targets, key risks, and insurance structures, producing detailed reports on RWI terms, pricing, and coverage considerations.

• Review due diligence materials from both a real estate transactional and RWI perspective, identifying key issues and advising clients on risk implications and coverage strategies.

• Interpret and analyze purchase agreements and other deal documentation, with the ability to explain relevant provisions and implications to clients, colleagues, and insurers clearly and concisely.

• Review and understand core RWI policy provisions, contributing to internal discussions and external negotiations.

• Serve as a key point of contact between clients, insurers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination throughout the deal process.

• Support broader product discussions, including Tax, Structured Solutions, and Credit insurance offerings.

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from a top law school and bar admission in good standing (NY or NJ strongly preferred);

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in complex real estate transactions (e.g., acquisitions, dispositions, and JVs) at a leading law firm;

• Excellent analytical capabilities, including experience reviewing legal documentation, diligence reports, and transaction structures;

• Ability to lead deal execution independently while collaborating effectively with senior team members;

• Demonstrated technical expertise in transactional and risk-related matters, with the ability to serve as a resource within the team;

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships with confidence acting as a primary point of contact during transactions;

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal and financial concepts into actionable insights;
