Pride Health is hiring a Virtual Care Coordinator to support our client’s medical facility based in New York, NY 10017. This is a 13-week assignment with a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Title: Virtual Care Coordinator
Location: New York, NY 10017
Hourly W2 pay: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Schedule: Day/evening/night (all three shifts available)
Start date: 05/11/2026
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patients remotely for safety, clinical status, and early warning signs
Coordinate and support telehealth visits and virtual care workflows
Perform quality assurance, peer reviews, and analyze program performance data
Collaborate with leadership to improve telehealth processes and policies
Train staff on telehealth systems, workflows, and best practices
Troubleshoot telehealth platforms and provide real-time support to clinicians
Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance with HIPAA/privacy standards
Communicate and escalate patient concerns to the clinical team promptly
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of direct patient care experience
Experience with telehealth, remote monitoring, EMR (Epic preferred)
Strong skills in communication, collaboration, data analysis, and problem-solving
Experience in quality improvement, policy development, and workflow design
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
