Manage operational readiness across video authentication, customer onboarding, purchase flows, cloudDVR, entitlements, channel lineups, metadata, caching, VOD, and videostreaming platforms.
Monitor service health, alerts, and dashboards using monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog to ensure availability and performance.
Support production deployments, launch readiness, post‑deployment validation, and post‑release checks for backend video services.
Troubleshoot complex production issues related to customer access, entitlements, recordings, middleware, and video delivery systems.
Validate data flows between customer account systems, middleware layers, and videoplatforms.
Provision and support deployment of backend services on cloud platforms, with hands‑on experience in AWS and containerized services.
Must have good knowledge on Video Back end APIs and microservices.
Must have experience on Deployment of applications and services in AWS +Kubernetes environment.
Debugging experience of systems involving multiple REST API services and data sources.
