T3 Sixty is working with a client who is actively searching for a Vice President of Operations in Winter Park, Florida.


The Vice President of Operations is responsible for driving execution, systematization, and scalability across a high-growth, media-driven real estate organization. This individual will partner closely with the CEO to remove operational burdens, optimize performance across departments, and ensure the business is positioned for continued growth.


This role requires a highly capable operator who can bring structure to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, improve systems across departments, and execute on high-value business opportunities. Within approximately six months, the VP of Operations is expected to take meaningful responsibilities off the CEO’s plate and operate with a high degree of independence.


Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Lead day-to-day operations of the real estate business
  2. Oversee execution of operational strategy while maintaining alignment with the CEO's vision
  3. Manage and support department heads across divisions
  4. Build, refine, and optimize systems and processes across all departments
  5. Ensure operational execution of inbound business opportunities (e.g., developer partnerships, relocation initiatives)
  6. Partner with sales leadership and department heads to support operational components of revenue generation
  7. Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve performance and scalability
  8. Oversee cross-functional coordination between media, marketing, and sales teams
  9. Establish accountability through KPIs and performance tracking
  10. Support hiring and team development for operational roles


Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years proven experience in residential real estate brokerage operations leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale systems and processes
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and execution capabilities
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
