T3 Sixty is working with a client who is actively searching for a Vice President of Operations in Winter Park, Florida.
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for driving execution, systematization, and scalability across a high-growth, media-driven real estate organization. This individual will partner closely with the CEO to remove operational burdens, optimize performance across departments, and ensure the business is positioned for continued growth.
This role requires a highly capable operator who can bring structure to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, improve systems across departments, and execute on high-value business opportunities. Within approximately six months, the VP of Operations is expected to take meaningful responsibilities off the CEO’s plate and operate with a high degree of independence.
