Vice President Support Services Summary:

  • Provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for all non-clinical support service departments which includes Environmental Services, Food & Nutrition Services, Safety & Security, and Guest/Volunteer Services.
  • Ensures areas operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the organization's mission and patient-care priorities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, patient experience, and staff engagement.
  • Ensures operational performance metrics, introducing corrective actions when necessary.



Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare support services or hospital operations.
  • Experience overseeing multiple service areas such as Environmental Services (EVS), Food Nutrition Services (FNS), and facilities.



Other Information:

  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, safety standards, and operational improvement.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
