Discover Green Bay is seeking an adaptable, competitive, data-driven leader to serve as the new Vice President of Sales.
Discover Green Bay is a highly trusted and connected Destination Marketing Organization, supported through dedicated room tax revenue across two tourism zones, strong public-private partnerships throughout Brown County. The organization receives room tax funding to drive sales and marketing efforts, while also playing a central role in advancing major tourism assets, including the Resch Complex and KI Convention Center.
Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Sales is a high-impact leader responsible for driving new business and positioning Greater Green Bay as a premier destination for meetings, conventions, sporting events, and group travel. This role is accountable for confirming more than 250,000 future hotel room nights annually, focused on elevating the region’s competitive standing and Discover Green Bay’s economic impact while showcasing the exceptional energy that defines Greater Green Bay. The VP of Sales develops and drives the execution of revenue-focused sales strategies while upholding excellence in leadership, customer experience, innovation, and financial stewardship.
