Schedule Designed for Balance
🗓 Hospital Hours: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM, 7 days per week
✔ Rotating full-time schedule
• Week 1: 3 shifts
• Week 2: 4 shifts
✔ Shared weekend coverage
✔ Flexible scheduling between doctors
✔ Typically one veterinarian on-site per shift

What You'll Be Doing
• Managing emergency and urgent care cases from presentation through treatment
• Performing emergency and soft tissue surgical procedures
• Delivering high-quality medicine in a fast-paced environment
• Working independently with confidence and clinical autonomy
• Partnering with leadership to support the continued growth of the hospital
Who We're Looking For
✔ DVM/VMD or equivalent
✔ Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
✔ Comfortable as the primary veterinarian on-site
✔ Strong emergency medicine and surgical skills
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in ownership and growth
✔ Passion for exceptional patient care and clinical excellence
