Vascular Ultrasound Technologist

Your tasks and responsibilities as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (or Vascular Sonographer) include but are not limited to:

• Perform abdominal, OB/GYN, general ultrasound, and vascular ultrasound procedures
• Serve as role model for teamwork and professionalism collaboration with physicians, (most importantly the radiologists) and in the development of student sonographers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) or 1 year DMS school with 2 years of experience (Abdomen, OB/GYN, or Vascular)
• ARDMS eligible; RVT credential preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
