Valet Supervisor

 

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Valet Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, supervising, directing and coordinating all operations of Valet Staff in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner; including helping guests into and out of the Resort, coordinating traffic on the front drive, providing pickup and delivery of guest’s luggage, and providing delivery of items to guests as requested.

 

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure arrivals and departures are smooth, welcoming, and efficient. You’ll set the tone with professional service, quick response times, and attention to detail, helping guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties.
  • Responsible for coaching and counseling valet staff with guidance from the Valet Office Manager.
  • Manage guest complaints and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensure all administrative duties such as transport logs, shift checklists, maintenance requests, and sign-out sheets are completed on a daily basis.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Customer service and supervisory background preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
  • Must be able to maintain composure and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
