Role
The Stewarding team is responsible for maintaining a clean "heart of house" and kitchen. A safe environment is expected and overseen by our stewards as well. Our team works in tandem with the food and beverage department (kitchen and banquets) and other heart-of-house teams to ensure a clean environment to run the operation effectively. The Stewarding team exudes all Hyatt core and culture standards.
What you will do:
• Supply Management: Monitoring supplies to ensure that the department is fully stocked
• Dishware: Ensuring that each outlet has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware
• Sanitation: Maintaining clean and organized spaces for the hotel
• Communication/Teamwork: Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
