User Experience Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. This role focuses on end-to-end product design, from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and program management to bring user-centered solutions to life.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design, user research, and information architecture
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to inform decisions
• Translate user and business needs into intuitive experiences
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive product experiences

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience with user research and data-informed design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with agile workflows and modern design practices

The pay range for this position is 58 to 60/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
