Role Overview

We are seeking a CIAM Lead / Architect with strong, hands-on ForgeRock experience (AM, IDM, DS) to lead architecture and implementation efforts. This is a delivery-focused role requiring both strategic oversight and deep technical execution—especially within financial services environments.

Note: This is a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC (must be local or relocate to Charlotte and available onsite).

Compensation

• C2C: $70–$80/hour
• Full-Time / W2: $120K–$140K

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of ForgeRock CIAM solutions

·      Take ownership of production support, operations, and platform stability

·      Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid recovery

·      Establish and improve runbooks, monitoring, alerting, and operational processes

·      Drive immediate execution of project deliverables and roadmap

·      Provide technical leadership across integrations and identity workflows

·      Manage end-to-end CIAM delivery with strong governance

·      Collaborate across onsite and offshore teams for rapid, high-quality delivery

·      Conduct security assessments, gap analysis, and remediation planning

·      Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant solutions

Required Skills

• Hands-on expertise in ForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS) – must-have
• Proven experience as CIAM Lead / Architect / Senior Engineer
• Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver under tight timelines
• Experience managing distributed teams (onsite/offshore)
• Strong knowledge of IAM, CIAM, and security best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Services / Banking domain experience
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, FFIEC, PCI)
• ForgeRock certifications
• Cloud IAM experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
