About the Role

We’re hiring an Underwriter to support high-volume application review and funding decisions for a growing financial services organization. This role is well-suited for detail-oriented, fast-paced decision-makers. No prior underwriting experience required, recent graduates and candidates with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.

You’ll review 100 plus applications per day, using a mix of automated approvals and manual decisioning to assess risk with limited but critical information.

Responsibilities

• Review and process a high volume of applications
• Analyze financial and business documentation
• Make approval/decline decisions based on risk factors
• Ensure files are accurate and funding-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (open to recent grads with finance experience) or relevant high-volume experience
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Comfortable making decisions with limited information
• Thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven settings
• Coachable and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits

• $54,000–$56,000 base salary
